You’ve all heard of Guy Martin a bit and some would of heard about the M-Sport Transit van from Vansport UK.

Well as it turns out the two aren’t mutually exclusive and Guy Martin picked up his new van the other day.

Taken from his Facebook page.

“Guy Martin and the !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! team have got the first M Sport Ford Transit Custom! She’s built by Van-Sport designed by Carlex Design.

M-sport have got a great team doing this special edition transit custom for them. We went for the Magnetic Grey version with black rally sticker pack. You can go to the below website to check out the vehicles and see more photos and get the whole spec…

Guy said ‘She’s trick as.’ If you’re wondering why he’s dressed like Maverick there’s more to follow soon…
Give us a toot if you see it around!”

The van on the right is Guy’s regular van apparently.

Now the company that designed (Carlex Design Europe) the Transit Custom are currently working on a new vehicle, something even North America may be able to get their hands on.

Based on a Ford Transit Connect according to their Facebook page it’s already in the prototype stage.

I’m not entirely sure how the three tie in together. Maybe Carlex design the vehicle, Vansport build the vehicle and M-Sport put their name to it. Either way they look a bit more interesting than a regular work tool.

Yes. They build most of the rallying Ford Fiestas just a few miles down the road at Dovenby Hall, Cockermouth.
